Round the World Wine Race Game

A fantastic voyage of discovery as you travel the world in search of fine wines... to bring to the tables of the finest restaurants in the country..so, fill your glasses and prepare to embark of a great adventure!

Having a great knowledge of wine is not necessary to be able to play this game. However you will learn much about wine and travel as you play.

This is a game for 2-8 players. A minimum of 3 different bottles of wine (preferably more) should be made available by the host and guests. This is all you need to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of wine. There will be many opportunities for tastings along the way!

You are a dealer in the world's finest wines. As a result of a wager, you are given an assignment; - to personally collect four types of the finest wine from vineyards and wineries around the world - and bring them back to your designated city - as fast a possible.

You will go to extraordinary lengths to be the first to bring these wines to the tables of the top restaurants in your country and, in so doing, win the bet. But there will be others along the way who will be equally determined that you don't make it. You will travel by ship, by plane, by car and by train, finding the fastest routes.

Your progress around the world is determined by knowledge, luck, tactics and your success in certain activities.

Along the way you will have to defend your reputation by - Answering questions on wine and travel Taking part in blind tastings and of course .... drinking wine.
