Our stock levels are updated automatically and are as accurate as possible.
Unfortunately, sometimes errors do occur but in the unlikely event of this
happening, we will either try to obtain more for you, or offer a full refund or
replacement to the same or greater value.
The item I want is out of stock. Can you get some more for me? - View / Hide
If you require a larger quantity of a particular item than we currently have in
stock, please or call us on 01628 778749. Depending on the item, we can often
order additional quantities for delivery within a few days.
Are the photographs on your website of the actual items I will receive? - View / Hide
The manufacturers mostly provide our photographs. Photos are accurate, but
lighting may bring about subtle changes to the colour.
My order is a gift, can I add a message? Is the price
shown? - View / Hide
At the checkout stage you can add the name and address for delivery and enter
your personal message in the "Additional Information for Delivery" option. We
will print your message on to a WineBase card and enclose with your order. No
pricing information will be included. You will receive email notification that
your order has been sent.

How much do you charge for delivery and who delivers it? - View / Hide

Royal Mail sends the majority of our parcels.
Next day deliveries and large packages are sent via our courier, FedEx. Your
email notification will provide tracking information in this instance.
How long will my order take to arrive? - View / Hide
We aim to send all orders out the door within 24 hours.
If you choose standard postage we do everything possible to get your parcel to
you as quickly as possible but officially we have to tell you to 'allow up to 10
working days'.
By selecting our courier next day option before 12.30 it'll get to you by the
next working day - whatever the time of year.
Do you deliver outside the UK? - View / Hide
We deliver worldwide. Your delivery charges will be calculated during the
checkout procedure.
If I am not in to receive my order can you leave it elsewhere? - View / Hide
If you are happy for your parcel to be left somewhere secure then please specify
the exact details using the " Additional Information for Delivery" field during
the checkout process and we will print the information on to the parcel. Please
note, we cannot take responsibility for the theft, loss or damage of your order
under these circumstances.
I was out when you attempted to deliver. How can I rearrange delivery? - View / Hide
Royal Mail will leave a card instructing you to collect from your local sorting
office. Alternatively, you can fill in the card to arrange re-delivery at a more
convenient date.
If you received a card from our courier, FedEx, you must call them directly and
organise redelivery. Your local depot contact information will be found on the
card. Please note that if you fail to rearrange the delivery with them the order
may be returned to us and we will have to charge an additional fee to send it
out again.
How do I pay? - View / Hide
You can pay securely online with your credit card. We accept all major credit
and debit cards.
Alternatively, you can telephone your order 01628 778749 and we'll process your
card details through the terminal here in our office. We do not hold any
personal or sensitive information on record.
When will my card be charged? - View / Hide
Payment is processed as soon as you complete your order.
What about Security & Credit Card Safety? - View / Hide
Your safety is guaranteed because we use the latest security measures to protect
your details when you shop with us. We operate within the Mastercard Secure Code
and verified by Visa scheme. All transaction information is encrypted using
128-bit SSL certificates. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass
can be examined, used or modified by third parties.
What do you do with my personal information? - View / Hide
We only use your personal information for processing your order. If you opt
to receive offers from us via email you will be given the option to unsubscribe
in every e-mail we send. We will never give your personal information to a third
party. We do not hold any personal or sensitive information on record.
How do I cancel, amend or return my order? - View / Hide
Once your order has been placed payment will be taken immediately and the order
submitted for processing.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order you can telephone 01628 778749 or
notify us by email to enquiries@wise-info.co.uk before we have despatched the
goods to you.
We believe that you will be delighted with your order but provided the item has
not been used, you may still cancel and return your order for exchange or
refund, less any delivery charges, up to fourteen days after delivery.
Please contact to inform us of your wish to return an item and include a
separate letter with your return providing your order id and your reason for
returning. The product must be in a saleable and new condition, complete with
all original packaging and components.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon
receipt (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) and insures you for the cost of
the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you
are responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Also, you will be
liable for all transport and delivery costs. Please note that we are unable to
accept returns in person at either our office or warehouse.
The refund will be given to you as soon as the goods are returned to us in a new
and saleable condition.
What if my order is broken or faulty? - View / Hide

us.
We are unable to issue refunds for items that are broken due to misuse, out of
guarantee, or after a reasonable length of time has passed.

We send out regular news and offers via e-mail. Please use the
subscription form to sign up You will be given the opportunity
to unsubscribe in every message we send you, and we will not pass your details
on to anybody else.
